Washtenaw County, neighborhood by neighborhood

A county isn't one market, and a city isn't one neighborhood. These are specific places I've worked in directly — with real transactions, real video, and real history behind each one, not just a boundary on a map.

Ann Arbor

Arbor Pointe

A single-family subdivision on Ann Arbor's north side, and the site of one of the clearest before-and-after stories in my own listing history.

Burns Park

One of Ann Arbor's oldest residential areas, long nicknamed "Professor's Row" for the University of Michigan faculty who settled there.

Old West Side

A nationally recognized historic district of well-preserved 19th-century homes, a short walk from downtown Ann Arbor.

Water Hill

An informally named neighborhood just north of downtown Ann Arbor, known today for its colorfully painted houses and its own annual music festival.

Wellesley Gardens

A residential neighborhood in Pittsfield Township, just south of Ann Arbor proper, and an area I've sold in directly.

Ypsilanti

Normal Park

A walkable pocket of Ypsilanti built to house college professors a century ago, named for the teaching college that used to stand nearby.
