Baldwin's Home Improvements
Aric Baldwin and his team are a contractor I work with to help my buyers and sellers get their home — sale or purchase — into the shape it actually needs to be in, without the runaround.
What they handle
Core trades
Electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, roofing, siding, windows (including egress windows), and general repair work.
Water & moisture
Waterproofing and moisture issues on the seller side — the kind of thing worth addressing before a house goes on the market, not after an inspection flags it.
Mold remediation
Black mold and similar issues that come up on the buyer side, usually after an inspection.
Ground-up jobs
Full renovations and builds from the ground up, not just patch repairs.
Why I recommend them
Sellers usually need a short, honest list of what's actually worth fixing before listing — not a full renovation. Buyers usually need someone reliable to handle repair items after an inspection, or to scope out what a fixer-upper would actually take. Having a contractor I trust for both sides of that conversation is part of how I try to keep a transaction from stalling out on "who's going to fix this."
