Ker’in Hayden Goedert was born in Adrian, Michigan. Her parents divorced when she was three and she then moved to Ypsilanti, Michigan. Both parents remarried and she then had two step sisters and two step brothers. She went to Lincoln Consolidated Schools from third grade until graduation. Ker’in started her acting career in Michigan in school productions. She studied dance at The Marjorie Randazzo School of Dance. She then went to Western Michigan University where she was a cheerleader, on the dance team and an Alpha Chi Omega. She then got a graduate degree from Marygrove College. Ker’in came back to Ypsilanti after graduation and taught at Lincoln where her mother was also a teacher. She coached the Varsity cheer team, dance team, was a class advisor and wrote many grants. Grants that she was awarded included money for solar research in Arizona, also for writing curriculums in Wisconsin, Michigan and Oregon. She started an all-star cheerleading company and organized fundraisers to make the option of travel available to her cheerleaders and their families. She then married her high school sweetheart and is since divorced. She then picked back up with acting at Jeff Daniels, Purple Rose Theater. She trained at Second City in Detroit and shot a few independent projects. When she arrived in LA she booked two national commercials, a few independent films and won a few co-star roles on sitcoms. She is currently shooting an industrial film for the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library with Dan Desmond, Richard Neil, and Kim Delgato. She is also shot a Christian webisode project opposite Christian singer, Jeremy Camp. Kerin is releasing her newest youtube rap video "Myspace Thugs" on July 29th. Ker’in is currently doing stand up in comedy clubs throughout LA and is taking classes at The Groundlings. She lives in North Hollywood with her cat Stinker. |
